The Pocket Mount can work with smartphones, tablets, compact cameras and compatible creator accessories. Suitability depends on the attachment, total load and balance. Check your complete setup before letting go.

Position a supplied metal plate on the back of your phone. Secure it using the adhesive already applied to the plate, or hold it between your phone and its case. Test the complete setup before letting go.

You can hold a supplied metal plate between your phone and its case. Case thickness and material can affect magnetic holding strength, so check the connection with your particular phone and case before use.

Many cameras and accessories with a standard 1/4-inch thread can attach directly to the Pocket Mount. Check the combined weight, balance and mounting surface before every use.

The supplied metal plate’s position on the back of your phone or inside its case may interfere with MagSafe attachment and wireless charging. Compatibility depends on your phone, case, charger and plate placement.

The Pocket Mount comes with two adhesive metal plates for attaching compatible devices.

The Pocket Mount attaches to suitable magnetic steel surfaces, such as steel gym equipment, handrails and some vehicle panels. Not all metal is magnetic. Check that the surface is stable and the connection is secure. Use vehicle surfaces only while the vehicle is stationary.

The Pocket Mount has been demonstrated holding a 2.5 kg gym weight suspended vertically beneath a steel beam. This demonstration does not establish a safe working load for every setup. Actual holding strength depends on the mounting surface, contact cleanliness, device position and balance. Support your device while testing the connection before letting go.

Yes. The Pocket Mount’s adjustable locking ball joint supports portrait, landscape and angled compositions. Support your device while adjusting it, then lock the joint and check the setup.

Check that the rubber covering the magnetic contact surfaces is free from oil and other residue. Confirm that the mounting surface is suitable, the phone plate is securely positioned and the adjustable ball joint is locked. Support your device while adjusting and testing it. Do not place equipment where a fall could injure someone or damage property.

Shipping is a flat A$10 for orders delivered anywhere in Australia.

Your order leaves the warehouse within 48 hours of being placed. Dispatch is separate from delivery: arrival time depends on your destination and the carrier.

Once your order is dispatched, any available tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Spotter currently does not accept change-of-mind returns. This does not exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
